A Neighborhood Staple
Conveniently located in the heart of Fairfield just off two major exits from I-20/59, Gary Avenue Market is a neighborhood staple dedicated to serving our residents with the practical, affordable essentials they depend on. This vital resource is independently owned and operated by Payne White, a longtime entrepreneur and owner of Magic City Grill with locations in both Fairfield and Hueytown. Our mission goes beyond the aisles; we are a dedicated partner to the institutions that define our city, from the historic halls of Miles College to the local small businesses that keep our economy moving. Backed by White's deep commitment to fresh food access and community care, Gary Avenue Market is here to support the people of Fairfield and surrounding cities with honest prices and a helping hand, ensuring that our community remains as strong and vibrant as the neighbors who call it home.

Community First
We recognize the value of every hard-earned dollar and are committed to serving the citizens of Fairfield and our neighbors with the practical, affordable essentials our community depends on daily.

Manifold Vision is a church planting and community restoration ministry rooted in biblical truth and committed to the flourishing of underserved communities through gospel-centered discipleship, leadership development, strong families, and faithful neighborhood presence. Through church planting and long-term engagement within local communities, Manifold Vision seeks to encourage spiritual renewal, cultivate Black male leadership, and promote tangible expressions of restoration within urban neighborhoods.
Beyond spiritual and familial support, Manifold Vision acts as a powerful catalyst for local commerce by advocating for economic restoration in historically vacant corridors. Their grassroots efforts directly helped launch the neighborhood’s original store, Gary Avenue Market, which sparked a revitalizing ripple effect throughout the Fairfield community. This momentum has successfully built local economic confidence, inspiring additional business investments and expansions in the area, including Alabama Wholesale Office Furniture and the neighborhood's new laundromat, Laundry & Co.
